This Love of Mine

Lyrics:Frank Sinatra ,Hank Sanicola
Music:Sol Parker

The song was publishe 1941.

The Tommy Dorsey recording was released as a 78 RCA Victor B side single, 27508-B,
with Frank Sinatra on vocals backed with "Neiani".
The single reached #3 on the Billboard pop singles chart in 1941-1942
in a chart run of 24 weeks.
Frank Sinatra re-recorded the song with Nelson Riddle in 1955
for the In The Wee Small Hours album.

This love of mine goes on and on,
Though life is empty since you have gone.
You're always on my mind, though out of sight
It's lonesome through the day,
But oh! the night.

I cry my heart out it's bound to break,
Since nothing matters, let it break.
I ask the sun and the moon,
The stars that shine,
What's to become of it, this love of mine.
